I agree something is going on at CS. It just may be someone other than Siemens. Notice that Siemens denied, but CS declined to comment. That plus the cleaning house, both financially and in regards to management is keeping me on board.

This is a denial. It is NOT Siemens. After WCOM is getting sued I am sure another company would not do it. I will agree something is up but I expect a sell off to mid 14s today.

This is my opinion but I am not pinning hopes on an internet rumor. Jagnotes sounds like the Drudge Report on stock issues. Will watch today. I'd be very surprised if it is Siemens after the flat out denial.
