i got the same letter everyone else did...62.75 blah, blah....my broker still can't explain it to me....i don't want to sell any of my gblx...so by doing 0, i'm ok, and none will be sold at all? i can't imagine it being otherwise....

Hi jerry,

Sol Trujillo wants your shares because he "gets it". IMHO, USW is not offering you a particularly good deal. It has pushed it's way to the head of the trough and is commencing to put the feed bags on. Did you notice that even if the deal is busted, that Trujillo and Co. still own 9.5% of perhaps the most dynamic company in telecommunications today? US Wurst may be a turkey, but it's not buying into one.
