DownSouth,

Any suggestions on "service oriented holdings" appreciated.

Actually I have three for you to take a look at, and they are

ATHM, ATHM, and ATHM

Expect to find your re-entry point soon. You can feel who is trying to pump this stock so hard now...

As I said, some of your choice are very good ones. But they are quite different from ATHM by nature. Use BRCM as an example, to make itself as successful as possible, it needs to lock itself tightly in a box, it greets you with a "warranty void if open" if you try to get acquainting with. That's why big money has to be spent to alert investors such as "INTC Inside!" Given time, If they can't get the price at brand level, they have no choice but to compete at commodity level. Again JMHO.

For ATHM, you probably have better grip than many of us here. Remember your best line? “Buy AOL, buy ATHM, don't use AOL, use a real ISP!” Got any update version on that?
