Wes, your post is the only reason I've stayed with E*Trade in spite of my growing frustration. I've done some checking of other on-line brokers and found that people are frustrated with them as well.

I'm starting to think about going with a direct trading system like CyberCorp, even though that is a bit more of a trading platform than I need.

If you trade several times a day, you might want to check it out though.
