Eman, I'll tell you my latest experience with E*Trade's customer "service." I trade enough to qualify for Power E*Trade. I've seen on my screen for months "Congratulations, you qualify for Power E*Trade."

When you go to launch Power E*Trade, it says you must send in a real-time quote form before they can activate it (even though I had already filled out an on-line real-time quote form and get real-time quotes). So I download the hard copy real-time quote form and send it in weeks ago. But still get the same message (you must send in a real-time quote form) when I try to launch. So I send an e-mail asking why I'm not activated and they say I need to send in a real-time quote form. So I send another message saying I sent one in weeks ago. So then they say I have to fill out a Power E*Trade Application. So then I say, fine, but it would be helpful if this was noted on the web site in the first place. So then they say I have to fill out a Power E*Trade Application in order to be activated. So I say, I know that, but it would be helpful if the web site said that in the first place. They say OK, they've noted my complaint. Then I try to download the Power E*Trade Application and the download isn't working. Still isn't working. Waiting for the snail-mail version (if they bother to send it).

So I don't care what Gomez says, my own experience is that customer service is lousy.
