Hi again Lee

"but curious why the surprise rate cut in China and London are good for foreign markets (Korea up 6%) and seen as bad for our market"

Head fake that may reverse very early. Like 9:45. Charts look that way to me also.

FWIW

Lee: Much about the Markets are a mystery...because what is good news once is bad news the next time...it is always about cloaking the pocket picking...<g>

Lee, funny enough, the London stock market reacted negatively to the rate cut, as traders preferred to focus on the fact that the lower-rates-cycle is likely over for now. Hong Kong and Chinese markets had a positive reaction to the cut in China, but i wouldn't read too much into that, as it is likely a prelude to a devaluation of the yuan.
