Jill N. and All: This URL cbs.marketwatch.com posted earlier by t2k shows just how tenuous and weak the DOJ case is. If they didn't have the bombastic jackson presiding it would be thrown out as frivolous. Nobody gets it this is the way business is done in America and it is tougher in other parts of the world. It is like an athletic contest ala Vince Lombardi "Wining isn't everything it is the only thing" or to quote MacArthur"In war there is no substitute for victory". This country has lost sight of what is at stake as we move into the "global" paradigm. This administration seem to want us to think global and screw the locals. JFD
