LONDON (June 10) -- The Bank of England cut its benchmark interest rate by a surprise quarter percentage point to 5.0 percent after the pound's rise against the euro threatened to drive inflation below the government's 2.5 percent annual target.

Here's a question...where were interest rates when MSFT was trading with a P/E of 60? It's not a trick question...:) I really want to know.
