Is anyone covering this LSFT. I am new to the board but have been following along as an observer for a week. I have noted that your threat is very active and straight forward. I know nothing of this company but volume is up and something appears a foot.

Stu...no offense, but it sounds like you need to take this one offline with your son, not air the family laundry to this bd. Not my biz, but perhaps if the two of you spent a little more time talking to each other and less time on this thread, you'd make a little less money and be a whole lot happier...again, not meant to be personal....best of luck

Hi Stuart, I saw you mentioning AOXY the other day.

I've read AOXY's financial reports from freeedgar.com

The Annual Report for the year ending June 1998 is worth looking at. It has audited financials. As of June 1998, they owned a lot of money and 23 million of the 29 million outstanding shares are prefered shares held by off-shore interests.

The most recent filing from May 1999, which is unaudited, reports a cancelled debt of $1,000,000 as the income you saw. So the .03/share earnings is not "profit" like we normally think of it. And it is a one time only occurance, it's not like they're earning .03/share each year from sales or anything.

Also, it appears someone is trying to unload 450,000 shares, if they haven't done so already. That's a lot of shares, maybe 10% of the float ?

biz.yahoo.com

AOXY's annual report from June 1998 has some information in it which is definitely worth reading before purchasing the stock at this level.

These are just my thoughts, but they are thoughts backed up by SEC filings. This post will not influence the stock price. Buying will influence the stock price. Selling will influence the stock price. And of course the MMs will influence the stock price. I'm sure if there's news of any kind, the MMs will run this stock up. That's just the way things work around here. Good luck to everyone.

Regards,
Chris
