regardless of what turns out to be true or not; this stock is making a nice run... just have to be smart with your trades.. it's early but PKDV is moving up on level 2.. 1.53 x 1.875 now; jim

I would suggest one learn more as to their reason to not use a big six name... The accounting firm of Timothy J. Lilligren of Manhattan Beach, Calif., is in the process of preparing audited financial statements for Pan Kai Development (U.S.A.) as the company intends to become fully reporting and apply for listing on Nasdaq.
