"Personally I think it is was stupid for anyone to waste those shares on an Internet tout board. But that is something that was beyond the control of management."

Good golly, anyone who believes that will want to look at some of the prime beachfront property I hold in Arizona. If they buy, they'll be rich as soon as California tumbles into the sea.

You are the creme de la creme.

Arthur, this was the conman who made people believe that horse shampoo made his hair grow faster, right?

The President ... I told him that I was going to post his comments about the Stock Maker on this board. He told me to go right ahead if I choose. I reminded him that what he told me better be the truth

Why would you think, even for a minute, that anything he tells you is the truth?

Dunavant and the truth ... those are two words that I find difficult to reconcile.

It you read the Disclaimer. It does not say that it came from the Company. It just says they were compensated with 50,000 RESTRICTED shares. The only thing that management can figure out is that it must have come from an outside shareholder, perhaps a former officer. But without managments knowledge.

Arthur -

Since you were the point man on all the restructuring, can you explain how shares of restricted stock were able to be transferred not only without the company's permission, but without their knowledge? Either someone is lying, or the restructuring of this company was done very, very, sloppily.

Also, you still haven't answered my question as to whether anything that appears on the StockMaker site was written by you. I understand that you have said you had nothing to do with having any of the information placed there, but I'm still wondering if any of it was written by you and subsequently found its way to the site.
