Monty and Jim, Thanks for the information. I'm satisfied to hold long term here and I'm reassured by your experiences calling the company and having a prompt response. I would have been even somewhat reassured had I even received an e-mail response from the sales department telling me to contact the company by phone. It's no big deal to me, except at the time I wondered if anyone was reading the e-mail to the sales department. Thanks Bill
