Larry,

The SOX is up. I had a CLASS 1 SELL on the SOX with the buy-in at today's highs. If it does not weaken some today, it could be on the verge of a technical breakout to the upside. The SOX may be the index to watch for hints. If/when it does break today, I would suspect the intraday downswing could intensify for the overall market, but on the other hand if it holds positive then it may minimize the downside for the market

I think their system creates an overlay which is visible only to its users, so no legal issue. I tried it briefly, but it was a nuisance which slowed down everything as it searched for any overlays on any
page I visited.
