In Southern Illinois they have places that clean geese during the season. Well worth the $4.

I stopped at a place by the river to sk a question. There was a lady in there with a cleaver and a huge pile of carp. Hip boots on standing knee deep in carp heads and guts. Stink and flies everywhere. Not a job most women aspire too.
