I wonder if that is because the volatile of the market, so the market makers cannot fill the order at the time the bid and ask are entered? Anyone else has other quote to compare?

hehe - maybe they're off enjoying some of Paul Allen's money at an exotic resort in the South Pacific, no point in wasting it on the likes of us

i get the feeling that they consider us more like a nuisance than customers
