Do not forget that XCIT owns MatchLogic, the biggest name list on the Net, with the deepest history. They can direct mail like no one else. Direct mail relationships promise to be one of the biggest moneymakers in e-commerce, as it reduces channel costs to sell items as much as supply chain management software reduces operational costs internally. YHOO copied XCIT by buying their own direct marketer last October. Direct mail is about $100B/yr, and these guys can subsume it in a hurry, at monster margins. What does Disney have to replace MatchLogic?
