All I'm saying is, this has to be the first deal in a long time where both sides' top management resign immediately prior to the announcement of the deal. Assuming it comes down the way you say it will.

My guess is TV Guide looked at the balance sheet/income statement and said they(top execs) had to go. Got to cut costs somewhere.
Are they going to be replaced soon?
