Hi Al, i'm just funning you. I'm no fighter, i'm a lover <G>. What happened to the Al G. we knew? You seemed to have mellowed at bit.

I'm feeling real good about Nextel right now. They are clearly the leader amongst domestic cellular service providers. In two and a half years Nextel has built the largest digital network in the US while winning over 3 million QUALITY subscribers. If you would read some of Anthony Wong's posts you would know Nextel's CFO recently guided towards INCREASING revenue per units. First quarter RPU was $71, and it's going up from here. Analysts are adjusting their models...upward.

Nextel continues to differentiate themselves among the industry. The data phone will be a big hit, and being first to market demonstrates their market leadership. By owning the lucrative business market, upgrades such as data capabilities will drive revenues and accelerate earnings.

The 500 million plus existing cash in bank will fund cap-ex through 2000. I believe there is evidence Nextel will be able to fund cap-ex internally with cash flow in 2001 and beyond. The child is almost grown and it's time he earned some money <G>.

So relax, buy some N, and enjoy the ride.

BTW, what ever happened to your client in the biz?

Keep in touch.

Ron
