COGNICASE Announces an Important Contract With Locabel, a Leasing Subsidiary of the BBL (Bank Brussels Lambert) of Belgium JUNE 15, 1999 MONTREAL, QUEBEC--COGNICASE Inc. announces a new contract in the E- Commerce industry in Europe that is valued at U.S.$550,000. The Company's European subsidiary, Nat Systems, in sub-contracting collaboration with its partner Comexis, has just completed, to the customer's great satisfaction, a beta release of transactional applications development for Locabel's Web site.
