I believe that you threatened Daniel...that's My Opinion, based on the tone, context and extremely antagonistic atmosphere and nature of your interactions. I also opine, that your description of the beating of another persons "skull" with "a two pound sledge hammer" is gratuitously violent...and you indulged a "fantasy" in order to describe, very vividly, violently assaulting another individual.
