Thread: Called PAN KAI, @ 702/220-9797, spoke to G.W. Howell, He was very forthcoming and said they have been working thru the night to ready the web site and investors packet and other information can be found there. Access to the site is inconsistant as they were working on it as we spoke. The URL is www.pankai.com. He verified there is 2.5 million shares in the float and said the remaining shares are closely held. He said he was surprised the share price didn't go much higher already, and that they can back up all of their press releases. Please give him a call if you have questions. Fred
