Barbara: Assuming no more delays in the SEC filing, interesting events will more likely occur in July AND August AND September.
Much will be possible and much will probably happen once reporting is finalized - and the latest word is mid July.
As for advertising expenses et al, IF there is a delay in raising sufficient stock offering cash (and there won't be) FNTN still has both reserves and credit lines to maintain forward motion. Salespeople are paid by results and are the least amount of drain on reserves. Additionally, management has streamlined some of the fixed overhead via pay cuts. It appears that FNTN is doing what's necessary to improve the financial stability of the company. If FNTN is growing the way we hope it is, I would expect to hear about a few adjustments in methods, personnel and perhaps even alliances (plus or minus) as the weeks go by.
A simple way of finding a healthy company is to look for one that's hiring! When things are going well, the number of employees expands (and vice-versa). If things are going well, FNTN will rent more space in their building to fit future bodies, or they will move elsewhere (and knowing MS, at a lower cost per square foot with more trunk lines and less back hoes!).
Since Michael Sheppard took over as COO, FNTN has consistently been a low burn-rate company, and financially conservative. Some people, including myself, have argued that he's too conservative.
Lately, I have been more inclined to let Michael Sheppard run FNTN without me.
I have enough trouble managing a business that I know.
So yes, as always, Barbara - "first things first."
Some have said I'm a patient kind of guy.
