70 billion pull out by the US in foreign economies, this is definitely going to affect the world economy. Good news is that germany and the UK are in agreement of becoming 'friends' in this new economy which well help stabalize the EU, but the bill for Kosovo excluding necessary aide that will be needed for the albanians to return and start life again by establishing a government etc will have a toll. Maybe i'm leaving out the IMF, but from what i have read, the IMF is being hit by countries defaulting on their loans.
