Sarmad -- everything, absolutely everything has taught us one thing -- go down to the beach, its safe, its fun and you will make a pile of money without really doing much of anything except just showing up with your money. The idea of a reversal of any of this is unthinkable. That is why the market will wait till the last minute to reprice IMO.
