TMRANT now that your back, when would you like to spend some time with the CCUR managemnet and see who is right and who is wrong. I would think as objective as you say you want to be you would welcome this offer. OH and I'm sure you still own your stock.

I can't wait to read the next press release from time warner: The executive committee of time warner today announced the resignation (for personal reasons) of the entire engineering staff of its cable operation. The staff decided to leave after their collective decision to deploy mediahawk servers was found to be faulty (and management was not tolerant). Time warner is very glad, however, to announce the appointment of TM "Can't Pay The" Rent as head of the department, only member of the department, and strategic planner of the entire operation. Scientific Atlanta, also announced a similar departure of its engineering staff, who will also be replaced by mr. rent. Inquiries should be made directly to mr can't pay, but unfortunately his phone has been disconnected.

Tm, Are you suffering from VOD information overload? You refused to acknowledge that CCUR is a player in the VOD game. You have been informing us about CCUR competitors' product superiority for the last few months and the fact is TW, Scientific Atlanta, GIC, Intertainer and others in the industry do not agree with your views. They all have signed agreements with CCUR. Since you started this negative CCUR campaign, CCUR's stock has at least doubled for most. CCUR management has informed everyone that Realtime portion of the company is for sale which means VOD is ready to take off. If the Mediahawk server was unreliable or inferior to all the others as you suggest, I don't think they would set themselves up as a VOD server only company. Give it up please !!!
