There sure is some heavy buying in IDX. Many 5,000 share lots. As some of you have pointed out the word will get out and I think it is getting out. Sporadic buying is showing up every day. Sooner or later their ranks will swell and will overcome the sellers including the shorts. We may be entering that period now.
You guys who get all this information are doing a fantastic job. However, Fowler has always been an ethical businessman. He has stated to me that he will not make announcements until he gets the clearance from any of his customers. You just have to go along with his ethics. You also have to give him a five star rating in putting the Identicator deal together. Last Fall, he wasn't given much love on this thread, but the Identicator deal was a brilliant move for all of us. Going to Alaska, keep the threads burning.

All,

I don't know if you guys get Bloomberg TV, but I do. In any event, they ran a segment in which a bunch of "big boys" were trying to pressure the federal government into passing laws that make people more accountable online. They were speaking of digital signatures...but they were being very vague. I can't remember the specific language...but they said that as ecommerce expands there needs to be legal accountability for online something or other... Plus I remember someone saying through digital signatures or whatever. In any event, the companies testifying were (that I saw) Capital One and Ford. Ford, which was vaguely referenced in the IDX conference call, said that they need more secure communications between themselves and their dealers...among other things.

So here are my questions: First of all, has anyone seen the segment and want to offer their own take? Or if anyone knows anything about this want to jump in? Secondly, when Randy said Ford he was using it as an example of what he would announce if a sale happened. I have no history with this guy. Is he trying to tell us something? Thirdly, David, you are the lawyer...any ideas about this?

Regards,
Bob
