He's not giving anything away. He owns 34% of GNET. The low market cap of GNET relative to other 'portals' gives the opportunity for exponential growth and equity appreciation when attractive content is added to the mix, increasing exposure and leverage.

Living in Seattle, it has been my observation that PA is not interested in getting 'the last crumb'. However the ad revenue is worked out, it will be based on the synergy afforded by a new shopping concept mated to an emerging first tier Internet player. JMO
