Richard-

I appreciate your follow through, and I will try to answer your questions as clearly as possible. As always, I encourage you and any other shareholders or potential shareholders to contact me as often as necessary with any questions or concerns.

1. Switzerland - MDMI is setting up an account for Java Centrale Coffee in Switzerland. They are reviewing sending Bawls there, but they must first get the appropriate authorization to send the product to Europe. Once there is a definitive agreement, we assume that MDMI will issue an appropriate press release. Remember Richard, these things are not accomplished overnight, but MDMI is working very aggressively to expand their operations and client base as quickly as possible, while still being prudent in their overall business plan.

2. The much-awaited Java Centrale Internet Cafe will debut sometime next week. According to MDMI mgmt, iChargeit.com, who is designing the kiosks for the JCIC are working out the last of the details, and anticipate having the systems completely functional mid-week, next week.

3. MDMI buys Bawls from Hobarama as a distributor, and then re-sells the product at a mark-up. MDMI has rights to do this over the Internet, and in 4 states (TX, LA, OK, and AK). It is a rather simply distributor agreement that has the potential to generate significant revenues for MDMI based on their rapidly expanding client base.

4. MDMI's customers vary in their purchases of products from MDMI. Mgmt has told us that it would be virtually impossible to constantly up date the web site to reflect exactly what any customers have purchased from week to week. The sales percentages are not currently available, as several of the product lines are new, and a full quarter of sales has not been completed.

5. Information regarding Franchise costs for Java Centrale Cafe's can be obtained by e-mailing buymdmi@aol.com or by writing MDMI @ 2931 Irving Blvd, Suite 106, Dallas, TX 75247.

6. MDMI mgmt is considering doing a monthly online update letter, but has no immediate plans. La Guardia GFS will begin to do bi-weekly e-mail updates, and shareholders can subscribe to the list by e-mailing us at comercio@doscomercios.com.

Again Richard, we thank you for your diligence and follow through. I hope you find this information helpful.
