Clearly the more rules you have, the longer the seminar needed to lay the groundwork for "total mastery."

While 10 rules could be reasonably mastered in an afternoon (DOS -- depending on scrambles), it may take five full days to fully address the layered intricacies of all 71 rules. If the expansion of rules has taken place, it's a business development ploy, nothing more.

71 rules? Hmmmmmm. Sounds like Robin is teaching Elliot Wave Theory. I may just have to pay to see that.
