Josef, I agree with you on etrade service. In general I find Schwab to be worse and Fidelity to be worse still. I have found schwab reps to be nasty at times to top it off.

Josef:I agree with you that the minor problems EGRP is having may be considered "growing pain" and probably normal. Online trading is still a relatively new phenomenon. I bet others will experience, or experiencing the same or similar problems. EGRP has three years of experience, which is more than most (or all) others' in the online trading world. I'm sure Mr.Costakos (?spelling) knows about these minor problems. I have been in and out of EGRP since 1996. Currently, I do have a position in this stock.
