Isaac's Harbour June 12, 1999 - We have completed a GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) survey of the road and the exact position of the first seven holes drilled at Isaac's Harbour. This information will give us the ability to accurately computer map our data and begins the process of 3D-structure mapping. This information is vital for the time when Isaac's Harbour Gold Mines wishes to enter into Joint Venture talks, offer the property for sale or further develop financing to continue operations on this site. We should be able to announce the Record Date for the Isaac's Harbour Gold Mine spin-off dividend in the coming week or two. As soon as our lawyer has the filing prepared we will be able to estimate more closely the actual effective date and notify the public through a press release. Holders of record on that specific date will receive the dividend of the new company shares. The amount of stock to be distributed through this dividend has not been determined yet. Shareholders will also be able to add to their position by purchasing shares of Isaac's Harbour Gold Mines in the open market once effective
