Teen SEX and the Stock market...not for minors...

Lawsuits against some friends caused me some minor thought...very little thought but some...

After reading the suits, I was reminded of my first fumbling forays into sex. I knew that screwing something was something that I dearly wanted to do...I wasn't sure why but it seemed like the thing to do. Something like going public in todays market. You just had to 'go all the way'....or have people think that you did.
Often, knowledge was way behind desire....but that could never be admitted. Similar to some IPOs that 'want to go all the way'. Desire is there. A 'screwee' and a 'screwer' are in place but the means or knowledge of methodology are not. So you end up with some serious panting on both sides and a lack of knowledge. Usually, you end with a Let's don't but say we did. It works real well in teen sex but less well in taking a stock public. Taking a stock public tends to be .... well public. You can't just say that, "It was great." Someone will ask questions....
But unlike teen sex, if anyone doesn't believe you, when you are Going public, then you can file a lawsuit. But it will require that you say you were 'full of it' begin with when 'discoveru' kicks in. So.....you end up with 'teen sex' again.....let's say we are....but don't. After all. the 'screwing' should be reserved for the shareholders.

See you in a week,
lee
