Chris, In my opinion, there is no question. SNRS will receive Panel recommendation for approval and FDA approval. The Panel will happen July 22/23. Approval will occur 2 to 6 months later. My guess, based on prior ODP recommendations, is that it will be 3 months. I know LTK is safe and effective. I have had my eyes treated. I know the clinical trial data meets or exceeds what FDA expects. The clinical trial data presentation is posted on the SNRS website. sunrise-tech.com The shorts got a boost yesterday because of a report done by Sturza. I understand it is similar to the one done by the Swiss analyst. The analysts involved did not even call the company or talk to any of the clinical investigators. A boost for the shorts is a buying opportunity for the longs. I am very long but picked up more today at 11 5/8s. I will continue to buy if it goes any lower. Regards, Joe
