To EVERYONE!! I agree. I have been taking a charting course, and the base or floor price is one place to buy. Another place to buy is the point at which it breaks out of the base to go up. However, we do not know how long it will stay on the floor before it moves up. You could stay on the floor for days, months, or years. If you wait until it breaks out, your money is not tied up so long, but at least buying on the floor means you are in at a great price. This is where you play the waiting game. You buy all you can when it's on the floor. Then wait.
