Joe Copia. for what its worth...<ALFN> I understand from the pointgroup that the 10SB has been filed and we should be able to see it on edgar soon. Also, in the Milwaukee sentinel newspaper interview on the 9th with Porter, he states that they will be having news on the new website next week. Company seesm to only have 20 million share auth. Float 5.5 Million, about 8 million out. this leaves 12 million common, which hardly seems enough to cover the 20 million financing. I anticipate the financing to go down as senior sub debt, possibly Reg D. IMO. just wanted to share my thoughts as the MMs may tick this down a weee bit today and sop em up in tandem...? Any thoughts? good luck
