Even Tom was saying that SDRAM was starting to take over the market thanks to pure marketing. I don't know much about BEDO DRAM, but Tom said that it was a viable alternative to SDRAM. Replace EDO DRAM above w/ SDRAM, SDRAM w/ DRDRAM, and BEDO DRAM w/ DDR SDRAM, and see what you get. Tenchusatsu
