for your info.. This doesn't say alot about your research skills.

he batted a good 1 for 5 on this round and the 1 is being generous. Yes a class action suit was filed, but by a very limited amount of shares and shareholders and it appears stevieboy was behind it.

Here's What's on SRCM's Agenda:

1. Class Action Lawsuits for failure to disclose loss of business in 97 Q4 & 98 Q1, while insiders sell $20 Million of stock.

2. Fraud investigation for misrepresenting status of business in 97 10K and 98 Q1.

3. Investigation for insider trading.

4. Potential for SRCM to lose their auditor - who will quit due to SRCM's activities.

5. Potential for SRCM's auditor to pull their '97 opinion and have the stock halted due to lack of audited financials for 97.
