You noticed that too, eh? It's particularly interesting since Intel claims a full 300mm toolset is available, from somewhere. Katherine, I had no intention in stating the apparent "tempest in a teapot" which it seems I might have. AMAT's announcement just struck me as a little ironic given the sequence of the various events. In the interest of thread peace, I think I'll stay away from this topic at least for the rest of today.
