Toby, RE: The buyback. I followed pretty closely what was done at the time, and I if I remember correctly, they were able to execute ~700,000 at an average of ~13 1/2. I am sure I posted something on this somewhere back on the thread. Don't know if they have bought any more since then. <Edit> Just clipped this from the Dec '98 Quarterly: >>The Company's Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program.
