Toby,

I surmised it from a more recent description put out on their site.

>>Pacific Sunwear Plans to Launch E-Commerce Site! You all asked for it... now you're getting it!!

PacSun announces plans to launch an on-line store this summer. All of Pacific Sunwear's key brands will be available on-line for you to purchase. We will offer an assortment of merchandise for guys and juniors, as well as accessories. Along with the Pacific Sunwear On-line Store, we're putting together a whole new web site, loaded with new pictures, more information and activities for all you web surfers!<<

BTW I bought SKX @10+ near the open today. The brand is too hot to be ignored, imho.

Good Luck Trading and Investing,

E!

Toby,

RE: The buyback. I followed pretty closely what was done at the time, and I if I remember correctly, they were able to execute ~700,000 at an average of ~13 1/2. I am sure I posted something on this somewhere back on the thread.

Don't know if they have bought any more since then.

<Edit>

Just clipped this from the Dec '98 Quarterly:

>>The Company's Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program. This repurchase program allows the purchase of up to a total of 1.0 million shares of the Company's Common Stock. As of December 4, 1998, the Company had repurchased 617,500 shares for an aggregate purchase price of $8.3 million.<<
