ELNK: what I see: bump ups at each successively lower level....caused by presence of trucks backing up.......until 46 is reached. Could be all wrong about this of course, but I like to post stuff that sounds like I might know something(feminine insecurities probably)

Jeff, when do you think the market will turn bullish?

I think it may be a rough ride till late fall early winter - with a pattern of rate hikes a possibility, with spending slowing due to Y2k, with Y2k causing people to go more cash than normal, and with evaluations being questioned, I am thinking about not only higher levels of cash, but even trying to short some during the next 120 days - given that I think we may have a downwrad bias for awhile - then when the market snaps back late this year - it will snap back huge due to the pent up cash on the sidelines...just my uneducated thoughts?
