George, This "madness" might not be over. Russians were the first troops into Yugoslavia this morning. I saw old Maddy Notbright saying something like "dudh..uh...blub..." in reponse. I'd like to see NATO resume bombing with 10,000 Russian troops in the line of fire. Ain't gonna happen...unless Clinton has really lost his nut. This puts Slobo in a new position to call the shots. Watch him start changing the terms of the Belgrade Agreement. -John
