Hi Fli,
It is referring to eConnect's application to sell 10,000,000 share of stock at $0.62.
In my post before the link post, I pasted eConnect's estimate of the distribution of the $6,200,000 and the dilution of the 10,000,000 new shares after to the sale of the shares takes place. I found the information in the SB - 2/A, which was the link.
I found it interesting that the stock sale will not dilute the shares of the current shareholders, since eConnect's current equity is negative. It will dilute the 10,000,000 shares though, when the $6,200,000 is added to the current negative net book value.
This sounds good to me.
