TwoBear, I guess we'll find out what happens with manufactured housing going forward. Some in the industry will crash and burn because of bad financing deals. There does seem to be concern over excess inventory in the pipeline, but in the end I'm optimistic for the economy and can see the economic expansion continuing to allow Champion and others to get their share. I expect 1) somewhat predictable margins going forward. 2) continued economic expansion and increased revenues, and 3) at least flat or increasing multiples. In other words, the downside appears limited given my outlook, and multiple expansion is not out of the question. OFF TOPIC - I believe I do remember your brother. Was that the team that the guy who transferred from Duke played on? McCaffery maybe? Yeah. McCaffrey, Dan Hall, Bruce Elder, Kevin Anglin... Lots of good ballplayers on that squad. Good guys too.
