Ok well here's the one thing that has me a little worried and perhaps my thinking is flawed in someway on this matter, if it is feel free to let me know.

The common wil be first and only a bid will be present so those that want to sell can. Now once the NASD approve the common it is nothing for the warrants to be sponsored.

I'm no expert but I have to believe that as long as their is only a bid and no ask... and considering the history of MIDL that we can expect to see a extremely low price on the commons. Now what's going to bring the price of the commons up fast enough so that it would be a better deal to exercise the warrants within the window as opposed to just buying the commons at less than .50? TIA
