I believe that if the offer is NOT accepted by enough shareholders and they up the offer the tendered shares will receive the new price.

Sure, but if enough shareholders tender, we won't know if there is a 'new price'.

Also, you can join in the class action lawsuit if you want to go after management.

Class action lawyers are assholes. I'm dying to see Gill and his buddies get strung up, but not through enriching some other worm to see it happen.

I don't see any advantage in holding on.

Reason given above, principle, and the desire not to see a company (GEC) get their way in an underhanded fashion. I know this is all a game of greed, and emotions shouldn't be involved in investment decisions, but in this case I'm hoping it will ultimately work in my favor.

For years I've listened to all the cheerleaders tout FORE and ATM. Now I'm supposed to take a mere $35, while the guys that drove the company down get their palms greased at my expense. Not without a stink!

What do I lose? A fews days wait to see the cash in my account if the deal goes through.
