He will be bearish again next week plus or minus a few days but definitely during the third cycle of the Elliot wave which occurs whenever he says so and provided there is no full moon which is visible to the naked eye if one's head is placed up one's ass in the third week of June in which case we could see DOW 24,000 by the first of July, but no later than Labor Day, which will indicate a triple toe loop top to the market followed by flying camel correction marking a bear market bottom at DOW 6,000, although he would rather not say now until the weather clears in Kosovo.
