I talked to someone that had a copy. It is being tightly held since Sturza charges $1200 for it. I think it was commissioned by the same group of shorts that paid for the Credit Swiss report. Sturza would not tell me if they recommended a sell or a short. Based on market action, my guess is that it was short.

Most of the heavy volume on the ask yesterday was NFSC, the MM for Fidelity. If it was institutional selling, they would have not been obvious about the trading, it would have been hidden in INCA or another MM. Since they sat on the best ask all day with 1000 shares indicated and were able to be there all day long, my guess it was a short in a retail or institutional account.

I talked with someone in investor relations at SNRS and apparently, Sturza did not even contact the company or any of the clinical investigators when they were doing their "research". A little suspect, wouldn't you say?

This was a buying opportunity for me today.
