You wouldn't normally expect this such a move from a corporate behemoth like T. But Armstrong has demonstrated a tendency to be more iconoclastic and proactive than any T CEO in recent memory. And T could get the critical mass of eyeballs who have previously been resistant to pay $20/month. I realized after I typed the question "who" Armstrong was. See my cable firm is called Armstrong Cable and they offer cable access to the net. I was thinking of that firm specifically and could not see the connection since there was none<G>
