Jim, it looked like a breakout, but right now I am classifying it as a "fake out", unable to go above and stay there. A lot of good individual moves and then running into resistance (AMAT, INTC and few others, including our friendly RMBS not staying above the 89 level that was the peak of the last rally), we probably will need another assault on the 430 level before we go into the yonder and la-la-la land. I say, we have a good two weeks of "retrenchment" in the sox, but I expect 380 or so to hold, I'll have to turn bearish if 360 is breached on a closing basis. Zeev
