I don't know if his appearance alone will do it amongst the concern over rates.

That being said. I see a lot of stocks holding support at this point which is good. Still more are above their lows in April. Until we see them breaking down we will call this a normal pullback. Since most are over sold the volatility seems normal. Not fun, but normal.

CSCO certainly will benefit I'd think. But remember, it is victim to the market right now.
